Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp mustard oil


  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


  • 500 gms chicken


  • 2 tbsp garlic schezwan sauce


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp white pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • 2 nos jalapeno spring onions


  • 2 nos coriander


  • 100 gms onion


  • 10 nos garlic


  • 2 nos ginger


  • 2 nos dry kashmiri lal mirch


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Chicken Marinate With Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Lime Juice & Salt
  • Mixed Well & Set Aside For 1 Hours Heat The Sesame Oil In A Pan.
  • Add Onion Garlic And Ginger And Saut For Minute Now Onion Ginger And Garlic And Kashmiri Lal Mirch Grind With Enough Water To Form A Smooth Paste Now Heat The Mustard Oil In A Pan Add 1 Bay Leaf
  • Then Add Marinated Chicken And Cook 10 Min With Medium Heat Heat
  • Stir Occasionally.. Add Garam Masala.. Other Spice With Curd½ Cup Water With Medium Heat..10 Min.
  • Stir Occasionally.. After A Minute Spice Leave The Oil Now Add Spring Onions, Jalapeño, Coriander Leaf And Sauce With Salt And Stir Occasionally.And Cover& Cook For 5 Min With Medium Low Heat . Pork Is Done..
  • Garnish With Coriander And Spring Onions .. Serve Hot With Rumali Ruti
